Zluzarinppzliir is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your custom furniture purchase. Because each piece is made to order specifically for you, our return policy reflects the unique nature of custom furniture.

Custom Furniture Policy

All furniture pieces from Zluzarinppzliir are custom-made according to your specifications, dimensions, and design preferences. As such, standard return policies do not apply in the same way as mass-produced items.

Pre-Production Changes

Before production begins, you have the opportunity to review and approve:

  • Design renderings and specifications
  • Material selections and samples
  • Dimensions and proportions
  • Finish options and color choices

Changes to your order can be made during the design and approval phase. Once production begins, modifications may result in additional charges or timeline adjustments.

Quality Assurance

We conduct thorough quality inspections before delivery. If you discover a manufacturing defect or quality issue upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We will:

  • Inspect the furniture piece
  • Repair any defects at no cost to you
  • Replace the piece if repair is not possible
  • Provide a full refund if neither repair nor replacement is feasible

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our furniture:

  • Returns are generally not accepted for custom-made pieces that meet the approved specifications
  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of significant defects that cannot be repaired
  • Cancellation of orders before production begins may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled without mutual agreement

Damaged Items

If your furniture arrives damaged during shipping:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
  • Document the damage with photographs
  • Do not discard the original packaging
  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate

Warranty Coverage

Our custom furniture comes with a warranty covering:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Structural integrity issues
  • Finish defects not caused by misuse

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Modifications made after delivery
  • Damage from environmental factors beyond our control

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Customization fees and deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of production
